Derivatives Broker Position
TRÉAN Group is an NFA regulated Independent Introducing Broker competing for institutional, US listed futures and options business. We sell clearing services leveraging our many FCM relationships and execute for funds, CTAs, proprietary trading firms, ETFs and more.
As the largest brokerage group in the SOFR options pit, TRÉAN is looking to expand our offerings and execution capabilities across products and asset classes. If you are currently managing a portable institutional listed futures and options book in either clearing or execution as an individual or as a team, we’d like to talk.

Responsibilities:
- Execute listed futures and options orders on behalf of clients
- Sell Clearing and Electronic or Floor execution services to new and existing customers
- Understand the firm’s capabilities and offerings across risk management, technology, advisory, execution and clearing services and work collaboratively to foster proactive cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain and grow new and existing relationships
- Understand marketplace dynamics and key players
- Meet with clients and build relationships across listed futures clearing and/or execution business
- Attend and represent the firm at industry conventions, market briefings and trade fairs where appropriate
- Work with senior management to identify and pursue potential new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Ability to bring a transferable book of business in listed futures/options execution or clearing
- Demonstrable expertise in futures and options execution and clearing service sales across institutional clients
- Commitment to dynamic growth model
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Continual pursuit of new business
- Resilience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Desire to be part of an experienced professional team in a highly collaborative culture
- Possess uncompromising Integrity and the highest ethical standards
- Series 3 license
